1 Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to 9xo. By using this website (https://9xo.cam) you are considered to have fully agreed to all the terms and conditions listed below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

You must keep your login credentials completely confidential. Transferring or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

9xo may request identity verification documents at any time for security and compliance purposes. Withdrawal processing may be suspended until verification is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are supported for making deposits at 9xo:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Certain methods may have a maximum limit, which is displayed in the profile dashboard.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour.

The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method, unless 9xo approves otherwise.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Exchange rates and associated charges may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

3.4 Deposit Cancellation

Once deposited funds are reflected in your gaming balance, a refund is generally not possible. In the event of a technical issue, please contact our support team immediately.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

9xo offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, you must wager a total of 10 times the combined bonus and deposit amount (10x wagering requirement).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance.
  • Winnings earned from the bonus will not be converted to withdrawable balance until the wagering requirement is met.
  • Certain game categories may contribute differently toward bonus wagering.
  • Using bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or device will be considered fraud.
  • Each promotion may have a specific validity period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

4.3 VIP Program

9xo provides cashback across four VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Advancement through VIP levels is determined based on a player's activity and contribution to the platform.

4.4 Promotion Changes

9xo reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Advance notice of changes will be provided through the usual communication channels.

5 Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 Software and Fair Play

9xo works in partnership with world-class game providers, including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe and Evolution Gaming. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and are clearly displayed in the game interface. Specific betting limits may apply when using a bonus balance.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or system issue, 9xo will make a fair decision based on saved game logs. The decision of 9xo in such matters is final.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

  • Colluding with other players to exploit the platform.
  • Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
  • Attempting to meet wagering requirements through fictitious bets.

6 Security and Fraud Prevention

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

If fraud, deception or dishonest conduct is proven, the account will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

9xo does not sell your information to third parties. However, information may be disclosed to comply with applicable laws or legal obligations.

You may request that your information be deleted from our database, but this will require your account to be closed, and some information may be retained for a specified period to meet legal retention obligations.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

9.2 Closure by 9xo

9xo reserves the right to close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false or incomplete information.
  • Fraud or bonus abuse.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to hack or damage the platform.

9.3 Balance Decisions

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus-related balance may be forfeited. For regular deposit balances, each case will be considered individually.

10 Limitation of Liability

9xo makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, 9xo will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
  • Delays or failures in the services of third-party payment providers.
  • Unexpected technical issues that cannot be remedied immediately.

In the event of any dispute, 9xo's server logs and records will be considered authoritative data.

11 Changes to Terms

9xo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email, in-platform notification or an announcement on the website.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be taken to mean that you have agreed to the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account.
